The series originally focused on Cary Deuber, Stephanie Hollman, LeeAnne Locken, Brandi Redmond and Tiffany Hendra. The cast currently consists of Deuber, Hollman, Locken, Redmond, D'Andra Simmons and Kameron Westcott. Of the original housewives, Hendra departed after the first season.
